Winchester's Military Museums Winter Lecture
Subject: ‘Contact Patrol,’ A lecture covering the Army Flying Corps (RFC) in World War 1
Speaker: Mr Mike Meech. The author is keen to tell the story of what happened in the First World War using aircraft of the RFC to locate the front line and bring timely information back to the Headquarters and to prevent ‘Friendly fire’ incidents by artillery.
