Delivery Policy

We will dispatch your order by Royal Mail. Within the UK, we try to get the goods to you within 14 working days, but please allow 30 for delivery. International orders may take a little longer.
Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge upon which you agree to before the order is processed.

For Products to mainland UK whatever the size of product or however many products you buy, delivery (which includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs) is £2.00 for orders up to the value of £7.50; £3.50 for orders between 7.50 and £15.00 and above £15.00 delivery costs are £5.50.

Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials, order processing costs and VAT; the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
